If I had to give one piece of advice on how to turn your intimate life into a tantric experience, it wouldn't be a procedure or a technique, but a principle, and that principle is "Presence".

What does it mean and why is it so important? It means being present with your whole being in the moment. Your body, your consciousness, your emotions, your senses, everything is concentrated into the experience with the other person. If you can do this, you will achieve a much greater depth of experience and, after a while, a connection.

This principle is also an essential part of my massages. I give you my complete attention, I am with you in every touch, movement, breath, every emotion. It doesn't matter what we do together, whether it's a gentle massage or a harder dominance, whether I caress you with my hand, a feather, or hold you in handcuffs. It's not about that at all, these are just some techniques, procedures. They are important, but they don't make it a "tantric massage".

It is not about the procedure, but about the approach. People have a compulsive need to stick to specific procedures, it is a deeply rooted pattern of how we learn. We often overlook the essence of things. We focus on how we do something and we do it simply because: “Pepa said that this is how the energy flows”. However, Tantra is not about the procedure, but about the approach. Procedures and techniques only give it a framework, direction, context… You can apply the principle of presence to absolutely everything you do in life and thereby fully enjoy the time you have in this world.

And because I'm not making an ezo cult out of this, nor do I want to make sheep out of you, I'm giving it to you in this complex and general way so that you can think about it and find your own way through it.
